About vom Tal der Schatten

The main house	"From the Valley of the Shadows," Vom Tal der Schatten is a family activity, breeding top-quality German Shepherd dogs from the best German conformation lines to the German standard. A German born in England, Jennifer was inspired by relatives in Germany who had German Shepherds. Located in North Texas near the Oklahoma border VTDS is housed on 17.5 acres of grassy and wooded areas. Our 2001 addition was the fence. Traffic has slowed along the road with people looking for the dogs exercising and playing. This is especially true when the grandbaby is with the dogs. Bradyn was three July 5th, 2002 and loves to go with us to walk and feed the dogs.
The dogmobile has been outfitted with a roof top airconditioner and it's own generator.	Whelping room Jerry has been busy again building and we now have a super new whelping room. Also the "white house" as we call it, now is now closed in with air-conditioning and heat. The outside puppy area has been improved with three large spacious covered pens.
	The kennels are located in two separate areas. This is the kennel which houses the adults and young dogs. The puppy kennel is off of the garage closer to the house.
The current breeding stock boasts some of Europe's finest show blood lines. Mira, Prissy, Jipsi, Halle and Georgio VTDS females, have been tested under Germany's most rigid standards to be of excellent breeding quality. Returning to Europe frequently ensures that VTDS maintains the quality and integrity of the breed.

Viva von Arminius, four time regional winner placed V1 in the 2002 USA Sieger Show in Las Vegas. Zano vom Tal der Schatten is in Germany for training after having won his class in the 2002 USA Sieger Show in Las Vegas. He will return with his working titles and breed survey to be shown nationally, internationally and stand at stud in Texas.
